Freelance Junior Producer

HQ @ Bellevue, WA

Expedia’s Media Solutions is seeking a Junior Producer to join the Creative Partnerships team. The position is responsible for managing campaign creative content, coordinating with vendors, and ongoing campaign production support. The Ideal candidate will have previous work experience showing them to be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a high volume of projects while maintaining a positive attitude. Project types include assisting team members with campaigns in production, campaign copy sourcing, image/video sourcing, and creative asset management.


  • 1-3 years experience in a digital production environment.

  • Collaborate with Creative Partnerships managers to define campaign assets and deliverables.

  • Manage acquisition of campaign content including copy and image sourcing.

  • Ensure that assigned projects are produced to a high creative standard and delivered on time.

  • Ensure that all material needed for assigned jobs has been requested and is on the system in the correct place.

  • Liaise with 3rd party production vendors and internal creative resources.

  • Understanding of production, post production and digital campaign workflows.

  • Working knowledge of technology including Adobe CC and digital asset formats.

  • Able to adapt to new working methods & technology advances

  • Excellent time management skills, organized and detail oriented & multi-tasking abilities.

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Results driven and proactive.

  • Ability to work with teams across multiple geographies.
